Rinsing filling and capping 3-in-1 machine for mineral water,pure water
Specfications:
The machine adopts bottle neck holding transmisson technonolg.iMain material stainless steel 304 which is suitable for bottle size from 300 ml to 2 liter.It is an full automatic machine controlled by PLC program.PLC of this machine adopts OMRON brand made in Japan.All electrical parts adopt Siemens brand,proximity switches adopt Authornic brand.
Rinsing parts:
Revolved type bottle washing machine,mainly used to wash bottles for mineral water and other beverage.New bottles go into the machine through bottle dividing pole.Bottles are held by clips and turned over onto rinsing parts.After rinsing,drain water,bottles go in to filling parts by star wheel.Main strcuture,protect shell and contact part of rinsing parts are all stainless steel.There is watertray on the rinsing machine for water recycle.
Filling parts:
Filling machine adopts German technology,produced by ourselves obey to normal pressure filling principle.
1Filling valvse adopt the normal pressure filling valve,filling flexible and high precision.
2)Adopts double guide pole structure.
3)Main drives adopt mechanical freestanding gear,high efficiency,low noise,long service life,easy to maintain.
4)Easy to change for different bottle shapes.
5)There is a float ball to control the liquid level,making filling steady.
Capping parts:
Capping machine drives revolved plate by gear.Caps go out of the cap storage bt air conveyer and ensure capes are in a certain direction.We also add cap sterilizing to the machine as required.
