Application

Marine Project: P&Y Metals titanium bar has been used for making undersea robot; it has a good corrosion resistance to sea water and enough strength working in deep sea. 

 

Aerospace: P&Y Metals titanium bar according to AMS4928 is used for aerospace industry. Ultrasonic test class A1, with good microstructure. 

 

Medical: P&Y Metals titanium bar with good inner quality and high precision is used in human implants.

 

Advantages

This production line has high production efficiency, high yield and low production costs, and is able to make products in large quantities. Finished wire have great partial uniformity and can normally reach ultrasonic flaw detection to A-A1 level.

 

Quality Inspection

P&Y has testing equipments to apply testing about the products chemical composition, mechanical property and microstructure. we can also apply ultrasonic flaw detection on site.
