◎BZC400BCA truck mounted drilling rig is designed by our engineers.It is a kind of truck mounted and rotary drilling rig.

◎The truck chassis adopts the 8X4 special crane chassis of brand CHAN'AN TRUCK and the main drive system, the transfer case, gearbox, double-winch unit, mud pump, turntable,drilling tower, feed mechanism are set up on the chassis.

◎This rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It is equipped with BW850/2A mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with suitable drilling bit.

◎The power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine; the rig has distribute implement and hydraulic system.

◎We can install the spare electric engine and clutch implement according to client’s requirement, so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric engine.

◎We set up a generator (MF) which is convenient to illuminate or work at night.

◎There are pressure device on the rig so it is high efficiency when the rig drill on mud rock and on the weathering formation.

◎The main drive of rig is mechanical and the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case and mud pump clutch system are air operated.

◎ According to client's requirement, the rig can carry out down-the-hole hammer drilling with USA Sullair, Japan PDSKIOOS,Sweden Atlas, China Kaishan,Hongwuhuang; can carry out air lifting reverse circulation drilling with air-water tap,double-wall drilling pipe,gas-water separator; can carry out Hydraulic DTH hammer drilling rock breaking with 850/2A mud pump; can carry out core-drilling with other special drilling tools.
