Fully automatic modified starch machine 

Features:

1. modified starch production line   is used to produce infant baby food and some other instant flour products. The raw material is put in the mixer then mixed ingredients are fed into extruder feeder. The extruder is fitted with: special cylindrical holding silo; vibratory doser with hopper to feed the extruding screw; extrusion mechanism and cutting; independent electric panel.

2. extrusion machines for baby food adopts cereals flour (corn, wheat, rice, oat, soy, etc)

3. baby food, FBF, CSB and samaposha etc can be produced by this processing line.

4. Output is 150kg/h, 240kg/h, 500kg/h

5. Flow chart: Mixing system---Extrusion system---- -Drying system----Milling system---Packing system

6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries

7. All the machines are made by stainless steel
