Brief

The mesh belt furnace is the continuous and automatic heat treatment production linewith protective atmosphere. Using the intermittent forward mesh belt, the workpiece is brought into and through temperature control heating zone, then drop into oil-quenching tank, the workpiece will be taken out by hoisting appliance automatically to mesh belt cleaning machine for cleaning oil and drying, finally delivered to mesh belt type tempering furnace to temper. Mesh belt can be used for quenching, tempering, annealing, thin-layer carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment under protective atmosphere. This production line mainly suitable for continuous and large batch small hardware, standard parts, forgings and castings heat treatment

Structure: This production line mainly consist of feeding machine, quenching furnace, elevator, quenching tank, cleaning machine, dryers, tempering furnace and electric control system, etc.

Features：

1.Suitable for various small sized metal parts quenching, tempering, normalizing, annealing, thin-layer carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment.etc.

2.This production line can operate automatically and continuously, with the characteristic of large capacity, high efficiency, and saving labor force.

3.The quenching temperature is 950℃, tempering temperature is 650℃, and also can adjust the temperature between 380～950℃according to the need of heat treatment technology.

4.The furnace linings adopt composite structure of brick and cotton,fast heating and good warm-keeping effect.
