The Automotive thermoplastic injection mold with hot runner system , which design period is 2 weeks at moldlife time 1 milliom. mold steel is 1.2344 ESU hardened, 48-52HRC, mold base 1.1730 steel. it is very fast in 3D mold designing against professional mold engineering designer.cycle time normal 32 sec., but 28 sec. is also can be catched up with.

At Project management, exclusive project engineer reviewed mold 3D & 2D mold design for details before he submit mold moldes to client's mold engineer. Afer only one version DFM communication (4 days), it took 6 days  to design 2D general drawing & 3D model.

Special concerns to demold mechanism of slider, mold core in hardness 52 HRC,  slider in 48 HRC, wear plate of wedge in 52 HRC. slider fitting tolerance 0.01~0.02mm in sliding movement.

On T1 frist mold trial ,cycle time is 43 sec. beyond moldflow analysis report value. but after project engineering team reviewed T1 condition, new cycle time closed to 33 sec. in  Haitian 280T press. the samples in automatic-falling without deformation during 100 cycles.

Test samples off mold were sent to client by DHL express with good package in carton box , 3 days arriving at destination.

Final kick-off running before mold delivery, 5 hours continuous cycle molding without broken to assure molding mechanism steable in mass production at customer's plant.
