1： Automatic YAG laser welding machine principle
Automatic YAG laser machine weld in high power pulse laser, The pump
source is Xenon lamp, the laser working medium is ND: YAG. Laser power
warm-up the Xenon lamp, the electric power supply electric discharge to Xenon
lamp, the lamp burn certain frequency and pulse width light wave, the light wave
shine the ND: YAG crystal in focusing cavity, activate the YAG crystal generate
laser light, the laser light becomes to 1064nm pulse light through resonator cavity,
the laser light is extended, reflected, focused to the surface of work piece, melt the
surface to weld. The required pulse frequency, pulse width, work table move speed,
move direction can be controlled by PLC or industrial PC, the laser power can be
adjusted by change the current level, pulse frequency and pulse width.
2： Auto YAG laser welding machine advantages
1：High depth ration, the soldering seam is deep and thin, it is bright and artistic.
2：Lowest heat input, the low heat input to the working piece, fast welding and low
heat effect is as high power density, the very fast speed of melt process.
3：High compactness, in the process of soldering seam generateing, molten bath
stirring continuously, the gas overflow, generates to no air hole soldering seam,
the high cool speed after weld can slightly refine the seam organization, it
improve the intensity, tenacity and combination property of soldering seam.
4：Strength the soldering seam, high temperature heat source and absorb for
non-metal component can purify the seam organization, reduce the impurity,
change the dimension and distribution of impurity in the molten bath. No need
electrode or solder wire, the pollution in the soldering area is very small, the
intensity and tenacity of soldering seam is even better than original metal.
5：Precision control. The soldering seam can be high precision position-set, as the
focus beam is very small. No need to replace welding torch or nozzle
frequently, as the beam delivery and control easily, it save the stop work
maintenance time, increase production efficiency. The light is not inertia, it can
urgent stop and restart under high speed delivery. It can weld complex
components on automatic light beam move technology.
6：Non-contact, atmospheric environment welding. As the energy is from laser
beam, workpiece is no physical contact, no force impose to the workpiece.
Magnetism and gas is no effect to laser beam.
7：The processing charges can be saved as the less of average input heat and high
precision processing. Besides, the workpiece cost can be saved as the low
processing charges of laser.
