FILING REQUIREMENTS
Filing requirements are:
1. Full name(s) and address(es) of applicant(s)
for Company - Business license with seal - PDF version
for Natural person - Passport / Identity card with signature
2. Llist of goods or services
3. Specimen(s) of the mark
*** The license and certificate just need copies ***
TIME FRAME
In straightforward case, i.e., no objection from the Registry and no opposition by third party, it will take 6 to 8 months from filing to getting Certificate of Registration.
RENEWAL
A trade mark registration is valid for 10 years , and is renewable every 10 years.
