This product includes two kinds: casting steel using and casting iron using. The main ingredients are SiO2, Al2O3, Rapidly heated to above 1100 °C, Volume instant expands and forms the sticky active material with a porous structure, which can paste the slag and impurity in the molten iron and molten steel together, playing the role of slag accretion. Because of its low thermal conductivity , which can effectively reduce the surface thermal conductivity and radiation of the hot metal ( molten steel ) ,with heat preservation effect.
