Rivet  rack  structure

1, Rack clasp structure, easy to teardown and installing .Plastic legs are contacted them together  with the ground.

2, Rack stand column: made of equal Angle bilateral punching ,50 mm hole distance is arranged along a straight line, stand column hole used to hook up with laminate;

3, Rack steel laminate : Use quadrilateral bending forming cold-rolled steel sheet ,is according to the required size to produce .Laminate can be the material of  steel laminate or wood laminate 

4, Columns and steel laminate are connected by bayonet lock and triangle type of stator with racks.

5, When all the parts of rack have been processed , needs to be polished ,acid washing, phosphating, automatic electrostatic powder spraying, drying and other processes. Finished product’s  surface is bright ,clean, beautiful; Layers can be adjusted up and down, and also are  convenient  for teardown  and  installing.
