Technical Characteristics:

1. Modular design, compact structure.
2. System can choose thermal disinfection RO membrane and thermal disinfection EDI, the whole system can realize on-line hot water disinfection.
3. Double softener can achieve series& parallel connection by using the valve group and generation alternatively. Each softener has 100% water supply capacity. The whole process of softener’s running, back wash, brine, generation and washing can all be controlled by automatic program.
4. Feed water pump and 1st stage high pressure pump and 2nd stage high pressure pump are all controlled by frequency.    It can not only achieving filters and softeners running under different pressure control, but also achieving system small circulation water production at low speed within standby time, which can greatly reduce the probability of microbial growth and effectively save energy.
5. System terminal water production using a dual supply mode. The model is when the water is qualified, it will flow into the purified water tank through the two pipelines. If the water is unqualified, it will flow back to the middle storage tank through the two pipelines. When the purified water tank is full, water will flow into the circular pipe to avoid the pipe is empty and ensure there is no stagnant exist.
6. It uses middle storage tank as the buffer tank to realize on-line cleaning. No need for the separate cleaning system.
7. Using the stainless steel tube directly tensile bending in the pipeline as far as possible to avoid welding.
8. Use the arc to protect automatic welding track for the connection of pipeline and part to ensure the welding quality.
9. Controlling system: PLC automatic controlling technology can supply all kinds of communication mode. Supply controlling system which in accordance with 21 CFR PART Automatic controlling system comply with GAMP5.
10. Record mode: you can choose the paperless recorder for paperless records and also can choose paper recorder to record the key parameters in real time.
