Increased Stiffening and Hardening Masterbatch

Description:

ZT812 is a masterbatch designed for improving the stiffness of film.
Through the nucleation effect created by the hydrogenated petroleum resin in the masterbatch in the crystallization progresses of polypropylene, to improve the ctrystallization of the film and reduce the variance of the molecule, so that to improve the Young's Modulus and the stiffness of the film.

Usage:
. ZT812 should be used in core layer, and dosage is s ested to 18% to 22%.
It can improve the obstructing performance as well as the heat sealing and heat shrinking ability at the same time.

. Because ZT812 has a good compatibility with polypropylene, and has an appropriate plasticization, the processing temperature can be properly decreased.

Packing & Storage:
25kg/bag, paper-plastic compounding bag outside with PE film bag inside.
Sealed in cool and dry place under normal temperature.
