Features:

Flying punching/shearing machine is used for cutting off of profile in line , hydraulically operated, consisted of high-power AC servo motor drive control technology . No shutting down, no waste , no glitches. The main advantages of this philosophy of production are:

● The material is used up to almost 100%, especially in the manufacture of rectangular shaped parts；

● Very high production speed: in fact during continuous operation the sheet loading and unloading times no longer exist.

Characters：

● All moving parts are all following , to avoid profile distortions when shearing. 

● Cutting length can be modified and corrected in line.

● Low power consumption. For example , for 600 H beam production line,  the saw motor power needs 220kw, but flying shear just need 90kw to reach the same efficacy. It greatly reduces the cost of production.

● No cutting waste and high output.

● Short stroke and high working speed. It spends only 0.5 to 1 second per shearing.

● Use of wear resistant unique tool steels, long life of the shearing mould, no need to replace saw blades frequently.
