(1) 2024 aluminum plate/ aluminum thin sheet/ aluminum coil/ alumium pipe:

(4) 6061 Aluminum plate/ aluminum thin sheet/ aluminum coil/ aluminum pipe

The main alloy elements of 6061 alloy are Mg and Si and they form into Mg2Si. If it contains a certain amount of Mn and Cr, the bad effect of the iron can be neutralized. Sometimes you could also add a small amount of Cu and Zn to improve the strength of the alloy without decreasing its corrosion resistance obviously. Conductive material also contains a small amount of Cu which helps to counteract the bad effect of Ti and Fe on the electrical conductivity. In order to improve its cutting property, you could also add Pb and Bi. The alloy will has artificial aging hardening function when Mg2Si Solid soluble in aluminum.

 

6061-T651 is the main alloy elements of 6061 alloy. It is high quality aluminum products which are produced by heat treatment of pretensioning technique. Although its intensity cannot compare with 2XXX and 7XXX series, it has more magnesium and silicon alloy properties. It also has excellent process ability, good welding characteristics and plating properties, good corrosion resistance and high toughness. When you process it, there will be no deformation exist and no defects occur because of its dense material. What’s more, it is easy being polished and coloring the film and it has very good oxidation effect.

(5) 7050 Aluminum plate/ aluminum thin sheet/ aluminum coil/ aluminum pipe

7050, who has high strength, exfoliation corrosion resistance and anti stress corrosion cracking properties, is high-intensitive and heat treatable alloy.

 

It is mainly used for aircraft structure parts, medium thickness plate extrusion, free forging parts and die forging. The requirements of producing those parts are that: the alloy must has high exfoliation corrosion resistance, anti stress corrosion cracking ability, fracture toughness and anti-fatigue performance.

 

(6) 7075 Aluminum plate/ aluminum thin sheet/ aluminum coil/ aluminum pipe

Zinc is the main alloy elements of 7075. When you add Mg in the alloy which contains 3%-7.5% zinc, it will form into MgZn2 with remarkable strengthening effect and make the heat treatment effect of this alloy much better than Al-Zn binary alloy. If you increase the content of Zn and Mg, the strength of extension will be improved but the exfoliation corrosion resistance and anti stress corrosion abilities will be decreased. If it is subjected to heat treatment, it will have quite high strength properties.

 

Generally we will add a small amount of Copper, chromium alloy, etc. In 7075 series, 7075-T651 alloy is the top grade. It is regarded as the most excellent products in all the aluminum alloy. Its high intensity is far better than any other mild steel. The alloy also has good mechanical and anodic reaction.
