Sheep Tripe

sheep tripe is cleaned – both inside and outside -, cooked and extra fat removed without any damage to product. At first extra fat and hair removed, then tripe are put in hot water (about 65 to 85 degrees).

Sheep Testicle

Sheep Testicles will washed at first and the useless fat removed by special knife carefully, without any harm to testicles.

Sheep Feet without bone

Totally clean and fresh feet without bone in one piece. At first the feet being washed and put in hot water and bone, skin and any other useless things will be remove inside of de-hairing machine.

Sheep Pizzle

Sheep Pizzles are one-piece, fresh and pizzle head left attached and root end trimmed and squared. In production of pizzles at first they washed by water – without any added material – to clean from blood and hair then being frozen.
