Pretressed concrete pole making equipment

1.  Supply complete production equipment such as tensioning machine, winding machine, button head machine, straightening machine, boiler, concrete mixer, cranes and other accessories.

2.  Spinning time: 10-15min for one pole  (low speed--medium speed--high speed)

3. Pole machine wheel span: 2m/unit, poles length from 6m-23m, or customized

4. Curing time or natural drying: 4 hours (durable, anti-crack)

5. We provide installation, commissioning, trainning, and  log life mold maintenance

3. Technological Process:   

 

3.1. steel processing and steel reinforcement cage production: cold drawn steel, cutting, bending and binding

 

3.2. concrete ingredients, mixing system: concrete batching and mixing 

 

3.3. pole forming: centrifugal forming pole (need equipment: centrifugal spun machine, mould and feeding machine).

 

3.4. steam curing: new molded pole needs maintained for about 3 hours(steam boiler).

 

3.5. demoulding: After the forms are removed, check on-site appearance of concrete and repair defects if there is any. Poles should be maintained wet for sometime.
