                                      Nicked Base Alloy Cylinder Liner

   Material: The raw material is nickel mixed B, Yb, C, Cr, Mn, Cu and other trace elements and rare earth

   Production Process:Our Company introduced the foreign advanced technology and manufactured the first nickel base alloy cylinder liner of China, which has longer service life than other cylinder liner. Its technology is to cover the inner wall of the cylinder liner with alloy by extrusion. And the service life of nickel base alloy cylinder liner is more than 2000 hours, up to 4000 hours.

    Application: The mud pump is the "heart" of the oil field drilling system, and cylinder liner is an important quick-wearing part of mud pump.

                                     Bi-mental Cylinder Liner

   Material: The material of cylinder liner is ZG45 steel, lined with high chromium cast iron. The HRC of cylinder inside liner is 60-65;

   Production Process: The bi-metal cylinder Liner of our company combined with the advantages of abrasion hot-forging out liner and anticorrosion high chrome inner liner. The out liner is made of high quality carbon steel by hot pressing forming. Its tensile strength is over 900000psi. The inner liner is made of high-chromium alloy by centrifugal casting.

   Application: Bi-metal cylinder liner is one of the most widely and largest used mud pump fluid end fittings.
