This construction elevator is a square rail frame adhering to wall. It’s a construction elevator that uses motor pinion to make vertical traction. It is safe and suitable for transporting material and equipment while the building construction, dock, shipbuilding and warehouse are below 69 m. It is cheap and good. It can save costs and improve labor productivity effectively, which is an upgraded product to replace derrick hoist.
Its feature is to change the assembled section to standard section, which is easy and convenient for installation. It uses rail fame adhering to wall, which can be securer than derrick steel cable and covers a smaller area. This machine sets up falling protector and stop protector device. Falling protector can avoid accident and ensure that the cage can be firmly stopped on guide frame when motor brake is out of order. Stop protector can ensure the safety of loaders, and once the cage stair door opens pull the control handle can stop the cage firmly on guide frame.
