FEP stepped hearth incinerator takes stepped hearth design. The wastes are fed by the feeding device into the sloped combustion hearths. The wastes are pre-combustion drying, main combustion, and secondary combustion. The wastes take heats not only from radiation and convection, but also internally. The flamed wastes rotated and agitated heavily to achieve the best possible incineration. The continuous rotation and agitation loosen the wastes with better air permeability for ignition and combustion. The high temperature in side the chamber shall kill any pathogens. 

FEP stepped hearths have high heat resistance. The incinerator runs reliably and durably. The chamber arch is specially designed for smooth flue gas flows so that quality preheating, teat radiation, and combustion are achieved. The auxiliary air is also thoroughly designed to ensure the optimized waste spreading on the hearths. The optimized primary and secondary airs as well as chamber temperature control secure not only the even and complete incineration but also less chamber wall corrosion so that the incinerator is capable of handling broader range of wastes and high moisture wastes. 

Exactly as the mandatory std requirement, FEP static stepped hearth incinerator system includes the full function flue gas treatment system. This filtration system takes care of the the flue gas treatments, including pollutants, poisoned substances(such as dioxin), heavy metals, particular matters, etc.. The emission satisfies the requirement of national emission regulations.
