1. Product Description:

The product is made of high purity  raw materials. And it is high-efficient, cheap and nontoxic inorganic high molecular compound. It is the highest purity polyaluminium chloride, each index have reached the international advanced standard. It is easily soluble in water and has high purity.

The solid type is light yellow & deep yellow podwer with beautiful appearance, liquid type is colorless and transparent.

 

3.Product  Properties and  Advantages:

 

1.Good effective and lower cost.Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculant, furthermore, the treatment cost is lower.

 

2.Flocculation ability .It can lead to quick formation of flocculantwith big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.

 

3.PH broad in scope.It can adapt to a wide range of pH value (5−9), and can reduce the pH value and basicity after processing.

 

4.Adopting to various source of water.The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants. It has wide adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and at different regions.

 

5. Higher basicity, lower corrosive, easy for cooperation, and long-term use of non-occlusion.

5.Application field:

It is widely applied in drinking water purification, wastewater treatment, cosmetic filling agent, paper production, tanning, sugar manufacturing, oil extractionand so on.

 

6.Package:

The solid: PP woven bag with PE inner liner (25kgs/bag) or PE bag (20kgs/bag).

The liquid: Packed in polyethylene bucket (1ton/unit)

 

7.Storage:

  The product shall be sealed and stored in the dry and ventilated place to prevent from rain, high temperature and strong sunlight.

 

8.Loading of Port: Qingdao Port,China

 

9.Container Volume:25tons/Fcl for waste water and 20mts/Fcl for drinking water treatment.

11.Application &Notes

1)Before using, the solid product shall be diluted toAl2O3liquid, and the normal dilution ratio is 5%-15%.

2) The liquid product can be used directly or used after dilution.

3) The specific dosage is based on the flocculation tests and site trial. The usual dosage of the liquid product is 3-40 g/ton, and of the solid product is 1-15 g/ton.

4) The shelf life is 6 months for diluted liquid product and 12 months for the solid product
