Baijia lipase is made from inulinase through cultivation and extraction technique. It has the following characteristics: safety, stable, high purity, wide PH adaptability, high hydrolysis efficiency,  heat-resisting. The product contains heat-resistance stuff which can insure the activity of the product remains over 80% for ten minutes at 85℃.
