The Rotary device 3 ton portal frame crane is the jib type crane which use the A-frame to support and keep it standing on the rail track of ground and bases.It could travel along the rail track and train and cars could through under theA-frame.Portal crane have hoisting,slewing,luffing traveling mechanism,there are lift and

tilt frame beam or combination beam and control room on the spiral parts.The grab portal crane has some additional device:flexible grab,belt conveyor to improve the working capacity rate of the crane to grab the bulk cargo. There are also motor protection device,overload stopper device and crane rail clamp etc.safety device 

The portal crane has four legs that build four holes and mainly traveling alongside the track on the floor and constructions to do the load and unload work,some parts of the traveling track is on the ground, the

other parts is on the constructions upon the grounds.

Features of the 3 types Rotary device 3 ton portal frame crane:

1.The loading type mainly used on the harbour and open material yards,choose grab bucket or hooks 

to work. The SWL of the crane is no more than 25tons and won’t  changed with the luffing. It has a highly working speed,then the capacity is the mainly quota.

2.This shipbuilding portal crane mainly applied for the boats,floating dock and fitting-out site, finish the 

hoisting and installing work. The hoist slings is hook.The SWL will reduce when the luffing become large

and the max capacity is 300tons.The crane also has a multi-switch to control the hoist speed.When the goods is lighter, the speed could be faster.Some luffing mechanism equipped with microinching

device to satisfy the installation requirements.

3.The construction installation portal crane mainly used for dam irrigating on hydropower station and 

use hook as the hoist slings. The capacity and working speed is between the former two types.It has 

the features easy to operation and transport, could adapt to the temporary work
