what laser power should I choose?  

 This depends on the material & the maxi cut thickness.

 The bigger the power is, the deeper it can cut, the cut speed is faster.

 Usually, 60W can cut acrylic 8mm

 80W cut acrylic 12-15mm

 100W cut acrylic 18mm

 150W cut acrylic 30mm

 

1) This is the first time I use this kind of machine, is it easy operate?

There are english manual or guide video that show how to use machine.

 If there is still have any question, we can talk from phone or skype.

 

2)Can you recommend a CNC ROUTER MACHINE to me,thanks?

Yes, In order to give you a suitable router machine, pls tell me the max working area, materials
