Function:
Flip off cap inspection machine can automatically feed,transfer and inspect the flip off caps and reject the defective caps.The qualified flip off caps will be automatically counted .When the count reaches the preset number,it swithes the inspected caps into another carton automatically.
The inpsection machine mainly consists of two parts: mechanical part and vision part.The mechanical part including auto hopper,high speed vibrate vessel and conveyor belt etc.Vision part adopts high speed Germany camera,Japan camera lens,high performance light source,fiber optical sensors,high-speed solenoid valve and image processor(high performance computer).
