Booth cabin

Sandwich style rock wool compound construction, thickness of wall panel 50mm, color of wall panel is one of white，blue，orange，red or silver.
Upper plate is good galvanized steel plate.
Both outside and inside door panel made by color steel plates.
The material of the door is same with cabin’s (Safety door is 700*1800mm with pressure lock;Car door is make up by 100*2500mm*3piece with special aluminum alloy column corners). All of them with good seal performance visual window.

The basement with 300mm high is made by galvanized sheet plate bending and welding 
The floor with 2 rows of galvanized floor grating and 3 row of diamond plate.
Two ramps with external 1800*500mm diamond plate with structural angle iron welding.
Upper net is made by square steel tube(Skeleton is 80*40*2mm; Support brackets is 60*40*2mm)welding.All of them will be galvanized type.

It is beauty appearance, sealing performance is good .

Intake and exhaust fan system

Side upper intake air
2 sets of 4KW intake fan and 1 set of 4KW exhaust fan, direct drive centrifugal fan unit, both intake and exhaust room made by aluminum alloy frame, inner covered with galvanized sheets, outer covered color coated plate. It is heat preservation noise reduction beauty and durable.
Intake and exhaust tube both with galvanized steel sheet made up of flanges.
No-load air volume 0.35m/s.

Volume of wind turbine:4500m3/h.

Filter system

Intake air filter is high efficiency ceiling filter.

the primary filter can effectively capture the dust particles over 15μm.
Early effect filter cotton 600G is 20mm thick( original resistance is 24Pa, final resistance is 250Pa).

Exhaust filter below 2 rows of galvanized floor grating is high efficiency fiberglass filter. 

Below the exhaust fan with wire mesh support activated carbon adsorber.

Filtration efficiency is 95%.

Heating system

Italy Riello burner, fuel consumption 7-12L/h.heating capacity 180000kcat/h.
Stainless steel heat exchanger. Argon arc welding.
Equipped with mechanical temperature controller.

Lighting

Upper ceiling light is fluorescent T8 bulb(the 24 branch of 40W bulb is divided into 8 units with 3 in each units).
Side light is fluorescent T8 bulb(the 16 branch of 40W bulb is divided into 8 units with 2 in each units).
aluminum alloy frame,ballast resistor is special type for spray booth,design by supplier.

Electric control system

Components with Schneider (Germany) & ZhengTai (china).
The main circuit with multiple protections equipped with lighting switch, temperature time setting normal spray painting, thermostatic spray-painting baking switch, and emergency stop breakdown alarm timer.
Wall type controller outside the booth.
