The copper-silver alloys produced by Taiwan Rainbow Co., Ltd. are made from high-purity LME registered cathode copper and silver grains. For producing wires and bars with minimum impurities, TRC adopts the advanced vacuum continuous casting technique for meeting the requirement.

High Strength and Conductivity：Melting in high frequency furnace can homogenize the alloy well because of

electromagnetic stirring effect. Moreover, copper-silver alloys have an outstanding combination of high

strength and high conductivity.

Stable Conductivity：Homogenized copper-silver alloys can make the conductivity be stable.

Toughness and Strength Improvement：Using vacuum casting technique can improve strength and toughness

of wires as it can minimize impurity content. Hence, the copper-silver alloy wires show excellent machining

characteristics and the wires are not easily broken during the further process.
