FQW series pump is suitable for the dangerous sites containing gas and coal-dust explosion drainage operation, can be widely used in the coal mine for any operation to deliver a pulverized coal, the sediment particles of groundwater, the use of safe, reliable, and effectively improve the air quality.

Product structure & working principle

Mine pneumatic submersible pump: Pump body, gas motor and Over current.

 

1 Pump body parts: consists of two cavity, with sealing ring to separate gas and water in the middle. With spring seal, seal ring and use of gas and water pressure, the high pressure gas and water respectively into the upper and lower two sealing ring lining, make them up, enhance the sealing effect.

 

2 Mazda parts: by the rotor, turbines, bearings, etc.

 

3 The over-current parts: by the water wheel, volute,  pump cover,  pump seat , etc. Wheel is installed on the vortex shell lumen rotor shaft, compressed air from the air inlet into the rotor drive wheel, the water in the turbine under the action of centrifugal force, the pressure into the volute out the water snails were, the discharge outlet pipe.
