1.Description of fast house building

Movable color steel sandwich panel duplex mobile housing is a T type mobile house, The dimension of a standard room is 5T*3T*3H.Actually, T type, assembled by sandwich panel with 1.15m as a module, connected the steel structure by the bolt, the main material is light steel structure.

(3)Stair Area = 4.5 sqm X Number of Stair (StraightStair)  

(4)Corridor Area = House Length X Corridor Width 

Total Area = (1) + (2) + (3) + (4)

5.Performances and characteristics:

1). Easy to assemble and disassemble:

    The prefabricated houses can be assembled and disassembled for dozens of times and can be reused for many times. And the assembling only needs simple tools and does not need power source. The connections of the pieces of the house all adopt plug or screw connections. And four people can finish about 130 assembling one day.

 

2). Water-proof structure:

    The house design uses water-proof structure and does not need any water-proofing processing.

3). Attractive design:

    The whole house looks beautiful and elegant. And the inner and outer walls and roof boarding all use color steel sandwich panels, in which the material is polystyrene foam. And the panel is in bright color, feels soft and the surface is even, therefore it can match the steel frame of the houses very well and has quite good decoration effects.

   It adopts steel frame structure, therefore it is reliable and in line with the designing code of building structure.

 

5).Heat-insulation:

    The walls and roof boards are all double-side color steel sandwich panel ( polystyrene, polyurethane , or rock wool) which have good heat-insulating and fire-proof performances.

The prefabricated home (T type) is a standard modular house model which can be designed as single storey or double-storey. The inside layout can be designed as per customers’ requirements. When delivery, it is knock-down to save space. Based on bolts connection without welding work, it could be assembled and disassembled easily and four workers can finish 100m2 in 8 hours according to instruction.

 

 

Doors and windows of the prefabricated house can be set in any position to meet your demands, we designed one door and two windows for each standard room, and you also can divided one standard room into small two rooms for your needs. The prefab house can be signed for one storey/two storey/or more if you need, and the staircase was set outdoor, one or double for your choice.
