PVA has no significant toxicity or special hazard, but the operator should avoid inhaling a large number of its dust, and contact with the skin or the eye directly as the the chemical may irritate, or cause you unwell such as difficult breathing and so on.
Do not discard anywhere, otherwise the dust will fly about and cause air pollution
Keep off fire, or it will burn.
