Operating Instruction of Intelligent Table Clock

First thank you for using our company's products! Before using this product, please carefully read this user manual. (In order to be better service, some of the performance and function that be mentioned in this manual may be updated and he change will not be further notice)

I. Operating Procedures for First Use

1. Understand the functional operation of the device and the implication of indicator light, and the device shall be fully charged;

2. Download and install terminal monitoring software on PC, laptop, apple series mobile or Android series mobile, and then add the device onto the monitoring software;

3. You can adjust the network setting on terminal monitoring software or WPS function of this device to allow connection to a WIFI network so that the device can access Internet;

4. Open the battery cover of movement, and put on the AAA battery, adjust the time of the clock;

5. When the above process is complete, it is ready to use the monitoring software on PC, laptop, apple series mobile or Android series mobile to remotely view real-time sound imaging detected by the device.

III. Product Description

This product has integrated WIFI module, CMOS camera and audio and video processing chip together. On PC, laptop, Apple Series mobile, Android series mobile and this device, you can realize multiple patterns of audio and video monitoring, such as short-range point-to-point transmission, LAN transmission and remote Internet transmission. Beautiful shape, compact design, simple operation, and easy to carry, making this product the first choice of video monitoring products by customers in business, education, security, media, justice, tourism, health care, family life and personal areas, our products are loved by our customers.

IV. Specification on Function Operation and Indicator Lights

1. Starting Up: connect to external power supply (the power indicator lights is on), the device will start up and begin to rotate in 30 seconds.

2. Shutdown: disconnect the power supply, the device will shutdown.

3. Cable network Mode: when the device starts up with connecting to a wired network, it will enter cable network mode automatically.

4. Point-to-point Mode: start up the device without connecting to a wired network or setting WIFI, it will enter point-to-point mode automatically, if user has set WIFI, it will search WIFI network while starting up, it will switch to point-to-point mode if it can’t find WIFI network in one minute, in this mode, it will search WIFI network every 5 minutes.

 

V. Download Instructions of PC/Mobile Monitoring Software

You can download PC/mobile monitoring software from the website http://www.wificam9.com

 

1. Connecting Device to Network(two modes)

1. Cable network Mode:

    Start up the device with connecting to a wired network, it will enter cable network mode automatically.

2. Connection by Setting WIFI on Mobile

Under short-range point-to-point transmission mode, connect your mobile to the device(see VII.1), on mobile monitoring software, click the blue button on the right of the device icon when the device is online, and then click  in the popping menu, the below windows will pop up:

               

Choose Use wifi, enter WIFI name and password, click OK, at this time the device will restart automatically and enter wireless transmission mode, and then it searches and connect to the WIFI network which you have set.

 

1. Connection of Monitoring Terminal and Device
   1. Short-range Point-to-point Monitoring on Mobile

Under short-range point-to-point transmission mode, open the WLAN functionality in settings column on the mobile, and search the WIFI network named after device ID labeled at the bottom of product to connect(No password is required), when the phone is connected to the product successfully, turn on the phone monitoring terminal Software ,as shown below:

Click Login and enter Cameras page, now you can find your device is online, otherwise you can click Refreshing button in the upper right corner, as shown below:

Now click the device icon, the phone will enter surveillance video screen of the device. In addition, when watching surveillance video screen, user can find an icon column in the bottom of the video, the icons from left to right are intercom, snapping, video recording, preset position of pan-tilt, rotation direction of pan-tilt.

User can access the pictures snapped or the videos recorded by clicking on the icon  on Cameras page.

2. Mobile Monitoring via LAN

① Connect the device to a WIFI network or a wired network.

② Mobile is connected to the same network via WIFI, now the device and mobile are in the same LAN.

③ Open Mobile terminal software , enter LOGIN page, as shown below:

Click LAN, Click Login and enter Cameras page, now you can find your device is online, otherwise you can click Refreshing button in the upper right corner, as shown below:

Now click the device icon, the phone will enter surveillance video screen of the device.

User can click the blue button on the right of the device icon to make further configurations, as shown below:

Wi-Fi: User can switch function mode via opening or closing WIFI, if open WIFI, the device will enter wireless transmission mode automatically, if choose WIFI, the device will enter short-range point-to-point transmission mode automatically.

SD-Card settings: Users can configure video recording of SD card on needs, such as motion detecting camera, recording automatically with startup, recording repeatedly, video file size, etc.

SD-Card query: Users can check or replay the videos recorded in the SD card.

Alarm settings: Click Alarm Settings, the below windows will pop up:   

Choose Alarm sensitivity and Motion detection, enter E-mail address and password and click OK.

After you finish alarm setting, when the product detects dynamic scenes in remote Internet transmission mode, it will automatically send e-mail to predefined e-mail box (e-mail content is the dynamic scene photos taken by camera), via the function of e-mail binding phone number or network communications platform (such as QQ, WeChat platform), the user will be able to instantly receive SMS notification, and then remotely watch real-time video images of the camera range by video terminal software on the phone or computer.

3. Mobile Monitoring via Internet

① First, connect the device to a network which can access Internet.

② Now the mobile can connect to the device via WIFI or 3G network, turn on mobile monitoring terminal Software , Click WAN, enter Device ID and login password labeled at the bottom of product, click Login, as shown below：

If it displays the device is offline, please check whether it has been connected with the router and whether the router has been connected with Internet, in addition, check whether the mobile has been connected with the WIFI network, or whether its 3G network has been started up.

4. Change Login Password on Mobile

    Log on with the user ID which you need to modify its login password and enter Cameras page, then short press Menu Button of mobile, the menu will pop up, as shown below:

        

Click Update login password, enter Update login password page, as shown below:

Enter new password, Click OK to complete password modify.

5. Change Access Password on Mobile

Log on and enter Cameras page, as shown below:

Click the blue button on the right of the device icon, then click Change access password in the popping menu, the below window will pop up:

Enter new password, confirm new password, click OK to complete password modify.

6. PC Monitoring via LAN

① Connect the device to a network via WIFI router or wired router, connect PC to the same network, now they are in a same LAN.

② Open PC monitoring software, click column LAN, the device icon will appear, double-click device icon, the monitoring image will appear, as shown below:

If there are multiple products in the same LAN, they all will appear on PC automatically, needn’t add them manually.

In LAN, while the device is online, right-click the device icon, then click Set WIFI, the below window pops up:

             

Tick Start WiFi setting, enter WIFI name and WIFI password, click OK, then the device will restart automatically and enter wireless transmission mode and search the WIFI network. If you need to switch from wireless transmission mode to short-range point-to-point transmission mode, remove the tick ahead of Start WiFi setting, click OK, then the device will restart automatically and enter short-range point-to-point transmission mode.

You can right-click the device icon to make further configurations, as shown below:

 

Set recording schedule: Users can set the time range of video recording on need.

SD card configuration: Users can configure video recording of SD card on needs, such as motion detecting camera, recording automatically with startup, recording repeatedly, video file size, etc.

SD card file download: The remote videos in SD card can be downloaded to local PC.

Setup E-mail alerts: Choose Alarm Sensitivity and Motion Detecting, enter E-mail address and password and click OK. When the device connected with Internet detects dynamic scenes, it will automatically send e-mail to predefined e-mail box (e-mail content is the dynamic scene photos taken by camera), via the function of e-mail binding phone number or network communications platform (such as QQ, WeChat platform), the user will be able to instantly receive SMS notification, and then remotely watch real-time video images of the camera range by video terminal software on the phone or computer.

7. PC Monitoring via Internet

① Connect the device to a network which can access Internet, open PC terminal software on PC.

② Click the column WAN, enter the user name and password labeled at the bottom of product, click Login, enter the video monitor screen of this device, as shown bellow:

    If users want to display multiple products, just login on one device, users can add the other devices, as shown below:

      

Right-click the blank of column WAN, then click Add device, enter device alias, device ID and access password, click OK.

Users can save videos and photos into computer using taking videos function and snapping function, also can realize monitoring and talkback function by clicking  and control the rotation direction of pan-tilt by clicking , about more setting, please read the help of PC terminal software (Click ).

8. Change Login Password on PC

In the function column, click button, modify login password, as shown below:   

 

    Enter old login password and new login password, click OK.

9. Change Access Password on PC

With remote Internet transmission mode, right-click device icon, a menu will pop up, as shown below:

Click Change ACCESS CODE, a window pops up, as shown below:

    Enter new access password, verify access password and click OK.

VIII. Warning

• Battery: Battery duration will decrease with repeated usage and age. If the system has not been used for an extended period of time, please charge the battery fully before using.
• File security: This product is not a professional storage device. It does not guarantee the integrity and security of saved files. Please make a backup of your important documents on the computer or other storage device timely.
• Video quality: This product is not a professional video recording device. It does not guarantee the video effect can meet your expectations.
• Operating humidity: 20%-80%. This product does not have the waterproof function, so it can not work under the humid environment.
• Shooting brightness: Please use it under suitable lighting conditions. Do not expose the camera directly to strong light, such as the sun light to avoid damage to optical devices.
• Cleaning: Do not use it under the environment with high dust density to avoid the contamination of camera lens or other components. It may affect the working of camera. The camera lens can be cleaned gently by paper or cloth which is used to clean glasses.
• Waster disposal: Be mindful of protecting the environment, not arbitrarily discarded this product, do not throw it into fire so as to avoid accidents.
• Application: Please strictly abide relevant regulations and laws. This product should not be used for any illegal purposes. The user is fully responsible for its using purpose.
• Other matters: The product belongs to sophisticated electronic products. Please make sure that it is not damaged by strong impact and strong vibration. Do not use it in the place with strong magnetic or strong electric power.
