Exceptional quality caviar from Sturgeon, also known as Siberian Sturgeon or Acipenser Baerii. Fishes are farmed in ideal conditions in the purest artesian water and controlled temperature, fed accordingly to natural diet and without GMO additives.

Caviar

Grain-to-grain texture, thoroughly selected fish eggs for quality. Egg size -2-3 mm. Egg color - black to grey. 

Preservation

Naturally preserved, malossol (little salt - 3% only). Vacuum packed in glass jars to preserve its natural taste. Recommended storage temperature -2-4 C°. Shelf life - 12 months (if stored in -2-4C°)

Certification

Production has CITES, HACCP, Veterinary certificates. Legally exported within European Union and United States.
