Structure

• Two-color shuttle oil cup: two sets of oil cup ink supply system can store two colors of ink. The oil cup contacts the pad printing plate with ceramic ring and tungsten steel ring, and plays the two functions of coating ink and scraping ink at the same time.

• Pad printing combination device, the pad printing head is installed on a base that can slide back and forth. It moves back and forth under the control of the cylinder, and can also move up and down. In one cycle, it performs actions such as ink dipping, forward movement, printing, and lifting.

• Microcomputer panel: It is the control center of the pad printing machine. The operator can adjust the printing parameters in semi-automatic mode and perform printing tasks in automatic mode.

Features
