QDG-X cyclone separator

QDG-X cyclone separator we produced has triple separation system . Compared with other cyclone separator, its work precision can reach 5 microns , and separation efficiency is as high as 99%. We use Q345R(16MnR) that can meet the strength requirement of board of operating mode under the condition of plate as the main pressure parts material of cyclone separator . The main nozzle uses the steel pipe flanges, sealing gaskets are made of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant stainless steel spiral wound gasket, sealing is reliable. Cyclone separator has been widely used in large oil and gas field and gas transmission pipeline in Nei Menggu , Xinjiang , Sichuan and Qinghai in recent years.

1. Overview:

Cyclone separator is a kind of dust removal equipment, it is a equipment of that can separate the solid particles suspended in conveying gas for a long time .

Its application in pipeline engineering solved the problem of that the dust and fog in the gas will effect the transmission and use. In the process design, setting the separator filter in the front-end, can greatly improve the whole process of the pipeline transmission precision and efficiency, and at the same time also can improve the service life of pipeline

1. Principle:

Cyclone separator as a kind of important separation equipment is widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical, coal-fired power plants and environmental protection and other fields. It uses gravity settling, centrifugal sedimentation ,hydrocyclone separation  and other principle to separate solid from air, liquid impurities and tiny dust particles. When the solid particles and gas by the tangent of the droplet entrainment into the cyclone, the gas can rotating on high speed along the wall, to the bottom of a downward spiral exercise on the spiral path, and after reaching the bottom impreaaion nip up, it becomes the inner topspin airflow, finally from the vent discharge of separator, into the pipeline.

1. Structure :

Cyclone separator adopts two hydrocyclone separation chamber and multiple sets of screw, barrel, and other forms of structure. Compared with the traditional centrifugal separation equipment, it has small volume, about the 1/3 of the conventional gravity separator ,but the efficiency is much higher than the conventional gravity separator. To purify the gas in the rotary diameter is very small, small gas flow rate and lower gas velocity conditions there are still a strong centrifugal force field. Cyclone separator of solid particles and liquid particles have higher separation efficiency: the separation efficiency can reach 99%.

Cyclone separator is mainly composed of three parts: main cylinder, vortex tube, mist device

Main cylinder: We use Q345R(16MnR) pressure vessel steel plate accord with GB713 standard. Corrosion of the steel sheet on the chemical properties and mechanical properties of tensile strength and yield strength of common steel incomparable performance.

   Using conforms to the national standard (GB1220) SS316 material production, it can meet the requirements of work in harsh operating conditions, and corrosion resistance, wear resistance of high performance.

mist device:

The high precision fog liquid capture device is made of imported raw material . Capture small particle size, high efficiency, good air permeability, can be on the premise of guarantee the throughput with high capture effect.

1. Application :

As the cyclone separator has simple structure, low investment cost, convenient operation and maintenance, small pressure loss, it can be applied to a variety of materials, and high temperature ,high pressure and corrosive gas. And dry particles can be recycled etc, in the sectors such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas is fully affirmed by the user.
