It fits for  producing all kinds of hollow or solid bricks and blocks with various raw materials:clay, shale, coal gangue, coal slack, fly ash, etc..Wear-resistant spraying technology is applied to the screw,pug mill, axis of screw ,and seasoning, conditioning,quenching treatment make the body of the machine work in a long time.

 

 

It is permitted to be produced with German KWS technology according to German standards and is authorized to use German trademark of GFK. It is equipped with an upper reducer that adopts hardened faced gears, and a lower planet-gear speed reducer, and is one of the most advanced vacuum extrusion equipment in the world.
