~2.Square crossflow type cooling tower
With two sides wind and the fan on the top, air exchanges with hot water through fillings on the two sides,wet hot air is discharged outside.fillings is made of point wave plate with salient points on both sides,integrate through mounting head to improve rigidity,also the salient points on both sides can prevent dripping directly,thus it has improved the formation of the water film,and there is water collection on the filling tail.

I.structure:
1panel:fiberglass,bright and clean on the surface,corrosion-resistant,anti-aging.
2fillings:Modified PVC double point plate,good Thermal performance,small airflow resistance,good rigidity,heat limit-75℃,cold resistant,inflaming retarding.
3fan:leave material is Aluminum alloy plate.The aerodynamic force is reasonable，strong wind,high efficiency,low noise,corrosion-resistant.
4motor and pulley are outside equipments.
5water distribution slot:fiberglass,Water distribution uniformity.cover for light preventing,objects entering, jawp noise reducing for super low noise type.
6muffler cover:fiberglass,pasted internally with cavity type inflaming retarding PVC film muffler material.
7louver:fiberglass,prevent water from spilling,also even airflow coming in.
8water tank:fiberglass,to collect water,with automatically water supply facility,also can absorb water with closed circle.
9framework:folding steel structure,good rigidity,light,easy to transfer and install,hot galvanizing to prevent from corrosion.

II.advantages
1space saving,light structure
with high efficiency heat exchange fillings,heat exchange area has been increased,compared with old HBLD series and old HBLCD series,floor area has been decreased,also operation weight has been decreased sharply due to the optimization of structure and using of steel structure.
2power saving
With small ventilation resistance fillings and  wing type fiberglass high efficiency fan designed specially for cooling tower by Tsinghua university,motor power has been decreased,motor power for super low noise type is smaller,more power-saving,also can choose two speed motor to save power according to customers’requirements.
3super low operation noise
With FRP material wing low noise axial fan and low noise motor designed specially for cooling tower by Tsinghua university,operation noise of cooling tower has been decreased.operation noise of super low noise series cooling tower is lower,which completely meets environmental protection requirement.noise can be decreased by another 2-3dB(A) in low speed operation at night with two speed motor,which requires customer to mention separately in order.
4 good in corrosion-resistance
Tower body、water pool and panel are all made of good corrosion-resistant FRP material,and light stabilizar is added into gel coat resin,which is good anti-aging,and color-lasting.tower body’s steel structure is treated with zinc plating after processing,which has improved its ability of corrosion-resistance and ensures with no other corrosion-restance within its longevity.
5convenient assembling
Assembling mode can be chosen to meet various working conditions,customer can also determine assembling by site conditions,also cooling tower’s exterior appearance can be adjusted by architectural characteristics.we can design specially for customers to meet customer’s requirements for thermal performance and noise if site is limited .6convenient maintenance
This series cooling tower is assembling design,air rooms are separated for adjacent cooling towers,maintenance can be conducted during normal operation,and fillings cleaning,stagnant water pipe and water pool work is more convenient.
