1. Descriptiom:

Macaronis pasta noodle making machine adopts potato starch, potato powder and corn starch as main materials, to produce a variety of twice extrusion ones in different shapes, which are popular in the market, such as crispy ea, shell ,screw, square tube, round tube, and wave.This line is characterized by unique technique, rational configuration, high automation and stable performance. It can finish steaming, extrusion and shaping in one step without boiler. The products have similar shapes to the real one and taste crispy and delicious after fried.

     This line is produced by single-screw extruder through extruding cooking; the pellet can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying, the pellet needs frying to get expanded.

a. Raw Materials:

This production line adopts potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, corn flour etc as raw materials, potato sticks and other shapes, you can just changing of molds 

b. Products:

This line can be used to produce pellets, snacks, corn flakes by adjusting the moulds from extruder; and can be used to produce different shapes of pellets by adjusting the moulds from extruder

c. Capacity:   120-150kg/h,160-240kg/h, 300-500kg/h.

All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function

2.Features Of Extruder:

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect.

f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.
