Introduction

 Changzhou Huili access floor Co., Ltd was founded on 1990, now we are the largest access floor export factory in China, we produce all type raised flooring 10,000 sqm/day.

As a professional manufacturer, we produce wood core floor .steel cement filled floor. Calcium sulphate raised floor and aluminum panel. 

 

Structure

Steel cementitous panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheet which are punched, spot-welded. 

As for the size, our size can be 600x600mm, 500x500mm, 610x610mm

We perfectly solved the weak corner problem and warped panel problem, all Huili panels have 15welds along each perimeter edge, 50% increase than traditional type; we total have 20 extra welds around the entire panel perimeter. The additional 20 welds dramatically improve edge load capabilities, and overall panel durability. After welding, each Huili panel is put into a flattening press and checked for flatness; Huili is the only company to go this extra mile in order to guarantee a super flat panel.

 

For the load capacity, it can be FS700, FS800, FS1000, FS1250, FS1500, FS2000 and even FS2500.

 

For the surface, it can be bare panel. HPL finished, carpet finished. Ceramic finished.
