Product Description

Flexible engine exhaust bellows is a part of automobile exhaust system, which is located at the front section of TWC. It can reduce vibration of the exhaust pipe caused by operation of the engine, protect the exhaust pipe from breaking and falling off due to long-term vibration, increase service life of the exhaust pipe, and reduce noise of the exhaust system. It is mainly applied to the connection between engine and exhaust system of cars, heavy-duty vehicles (passenger car, bus), construction machinery, forklift and other special trucks.

1)Installed between engine and muffler;
2)Used to decrease engine noise and vibration;
3)Absorbs muffler pipe thermal expansion;
4)Compensates for exhaust converter misalignment;
5)Reduces air pollution;
6)Made of stainless steel 304(main)/316L/309S etc. ,single layer and double layer are available;
7)Stainless steel 409L or aluminized steel for collars on both ends;
8)Outside braid, middle double bellows and lined inside braid;
9)Lined with inside interlock or nothing inside;

10)Size, diameter and length can be produced as per client's requirements.
