Based on years of experiences, we have abilities in each kind of compacted or separated ball/butterfly valves and faucet moulds for customers, as well as injection for products and technology service in later technics and try-out. Size for valves is from DN15 to DN200 or more.

3. We put wear plates on all surfaces might be worn easily. So our molds are durable and easy maintenance.  

4. Most important thing is we don't allow workers to touch parting line surface, it means complete mold are making by high speed and precise CNC milling!
5. Other thing is to make sure all steels we get from suppliers are as per our standard! We will test all steels by ourselves before tooling.
