Image Inverter is a kind of Adapter, which can be put between the Objective Lens and the Eyepiece Lens of an Ophthalmic Operating Microscope to UPRIGHT IMAGE for observer, when doing retinal vitreous surgery.

There is a metal stick to open and close Lens by moving up and down, when starts and finishes the surgery. 

There is NO need to adjust any focus, and it can be put in use as soon as it is installed.
