2. Impact Hammer Crusher takes the advantages of the hammer crusher and Impact crusher. It can handle the side length of not more than 500mm, and compressive strength of less than 350MPa variety of coarse and fine materials (granite, limestone, and concrete), widely used in utilities, highway, artificial aggregates, broken industry.

• Ring Hammer Crusher for crushing all kinds of hard and weak abrasive materials. The compressive strength of its material does not exceed 100MPa, the moisture content of less than 15%. Broken materials are coal, salt, chalk, plaster, brick, limestone and etc. In addition, the hammer crusher not only can be used for crushing production line, sand making production line, but also in the mineral processing production line instead of a cone crusher.
• Vertical Shaft Hammer Crusher especially suited for coal, rock material shaping and manufacturing high proportion machine-made sand, and widely used in fine crushing of rock, cobblestone and other materials. The compressive strength of it cans not more than 140 MPa, humidity less than 15%.

5. Fine Hammer Crusher is specially designed for gypsum. Besides, it can also be used for crushing medium-hard or brittle materials with hardness not more than 150 Mpa and moisture content below 15%, such as coal, salt, chalk, plaster, brick, limestone, etc.

• Principle of Work

The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. Therotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size.
