Features

1. The bin is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.

2. The shape is square round tapered or cylindrical. All the nooks are arc shape and there is no dead corner. The materials won`t be remained at any corner of the bin. The design is nice.

3. The internal and outer surface is treated by high-tech polishing. The roughness of internal surface Ra≤0.2µm, and the roughness of outer surface Ra≤0.4µm.

4. The special cover and butterfly valve are both equipped with silicon seal to ensure good sealing.

5. All the welding positions are edge prepared. Firstly argon arc welding on two sides is carried out, then smooth and polishing treatment are made. The welding quality meet the national standards.

6. Special casters are equipped to avoid damage the floor of clean workshop. Also no trace will be left on the floor.
