In the super (ultra) high-voltage transmission field, UHVDC converter stations are mainly composed of three parts: AC system, valve system, and DC system. Each part consists of primary and secondary electrical equipment. PONOVO, relying on its core technology, extensive system testing experience and high-efficiency production capabilities, have continuously explored super (ultra) high-voltage test technologies, and nearly 10 types of test equipment have been developed for converter system substations and system deb ing. This is a series of equipment specially made for DC testing, which includes FT3000, TD2000, TD4000, TD8000, PH01-PH05. They are mainly applied in transmission line trap of high DC convertor station, power filter's characteristic measurement, substation parallel connection capacitance, group, electrified railway high voltage filter, industrial users harmonic management, reactive power compensation adjustment and maintenance check.


FT3000 HVDC Power Filter Characteristic Testing Kit

FT3000 Power Filter Characteristic Tester has the functions of automatic sweep harmonic signal output, A-F and P-F characteristic measurement/display etc. It is mainly used in AC filter of DC convertor station, DC filter tuning characteristics test and parameter test of R, L and C. It is also used in electrified railway HV filter, passive power filter client and conventional AC substation reactive compensation device.
They are mainly used to test the power filter and power filter of UHV converter station, the shunt capacitor bank of the substation, the electrified railway high voltage filter, the harmonic control of the industrial user, the deb ing and maintenance of the reactive power compensator.

PH Series Travelling Waveform Fault Location Relay Test Set (PH01-PH05)

PH series travelling wave fault location tester is a new device to meet the needs of testing and verification for travelling wave fault location equipment and protection relay with TWFL function.
PH series travelling wave fault location tester is with three-phase wide bandwidth, high-speed current output channels so that it could playback the complete travelling wave fault signal with high quality. The tester software owns fault playback function, which can output either the corresponding traveling wave signal according to the EMPT simulation waveform data of the power system fault current traveling wave or the recorded travelling waveform data from the substation or any other actual field testing.
Meanwhile, the software supports reading and editing the Comtrade format data file. Also, the customized auto-test software which could support to create and playback user defined waveform is optional to facilitate calibration purpose in laboratory.
PH series travelling wave fault location tester could finalize the verification of 2 travelling-wave fault location equipment/protection relays in 2 different locations with long-distance transmission by time-synchronization with GPS accessory which could work together with PH series verification platform.
By output the travelling-wave waveform file via D/A and current/voltage channels, PH series verification platform can be used for simulating travelling-wave fault signal to output into the equipment to be tested. In this way, the travelling-wave fault indication equipment could receive the fault signal and calculate the result, such as fault location point and distance, and then compare with the result of original file to verify if the equipment test, is with correct reaction or not.
