This kind of cotton liner is made by sewing fabric after cutting process. Each piece of cotton fabric is cut and sewn to form the liner that is suitable for dipping. Jersey cotton and interlock cotton are our typical liner materials used in our production. Cotton fabric is available with pure cotton and poly cotton with different cost.
For this kind of latex dipped safety gloves, coating is usually finished with crinkle to increase grip capability. Two types of crinkles are available for your choice. The coating quality depends on the pure latex percentage in it. Coating with higher latex percentage means higher cost because latex is the most expensive component inside the coating.
