Stainless steel pipe bending machine

Applications:

It can be used for the hot bending of various types of round or square steel pipe, stainless steel pipe and joist steel; and is applicable to petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, steel structure and boiler etc. auto, railway, ship manufacturer, aerospace, engineering machinery, new energy and new materials industry.

Main features: 

Large tonnage hydraulic or (chain type) mechanical pipe pushing, stable during the pipe bending by induction heating;  

Adjustable rocker arm, adapt to various types of radius adjustment; 

Siemens PLC programmable control is adopted to control the adjusted radius, angle of bending and speed of pipe bending; 

Siemens PLC programmable control is used to control the induction heating temperature and cooling flow; 

PC industrial computer is used for integrated monitoring of technological parameters of the hot bend pipe, to guarantee the consistency of hot bend pipes.

Extra-large memory can store various groups of technology.

By the induction coil induction heating pipe can be used for R ≥1.5 D bending, the maximum bending angle up to 180 °.

 The back clip pipe is automatically grip by clamping block, clamping the tube surface; the curved pipe length is unrestricted.

 One bigger and one smaller oil pumps supply fuel for the hydraulic system ,to ensure system stability, not heat. Oil temperature ≤ 60 ℃

 The bending angle through photoelectric encoder shows on the LCD screen, and can enter the bending angle by the LCD screen. Bend to the point of automatically scheduled stop.
