This machine use abrasive wheel to grind the surface ( or profie surface ) of the workpiece.

This highly-automatized grinding machine use Siemens828D control.
The machine grinding head vertical feed movement、saddle cross feed movement adopts servo motor + precision ball screw drive mode, with high feed accuracy and stability. The worktable movement of the machine is driven by hydraulic, controlled by proportional flow valve.
The grinding head uses precision bearings, controlled by frequency converter , with the function of auto speed adjustment, constant linear velocity grinding.
The machine has the function of the worktable auto- positioning, dressing wheel automatically and auto grinding.
The machine has the function 2-linkag ,to dress the whell useing diamond, to grind the profie surface.
The machine has very good safety protection function, when grinding the workpiece which is fixed on worktable via magnetic chuck, if the chuck lack of suction force, the worktable can stop move, and at same time the grinding head will automatically lift up.
