Function: Build  up  the  strength  of  arm  muscles  groups  and  improve  the  coordination  among  limbs.

Approach: Sitting  on  the  rider,   holding  the  handles  with  both  hands  and  stepping  on  the  footboard,   then  flexing  arms regularly.
