T-die is designed by special double throttle, which make sure sheet thickness more nicely. 45 degree inclined collocation, which can lift up and down, it ensures more options in operation for producing thick board and thin board, and enhance quality of board. 

Temperature controller of roller: Control water temperature automatically, which ensures even thickness of board

Haul-off: Initiative roller joint with driving system directly. Equipped with encode and counting system

Shearer: Pneumatic  impact, ensure variable  length cutter

Winder: Speed controlling: Vector frequency inverter   Winding speed: 20-40m/min
