The base layer consists of Black Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR) granules, bound together with a specially formulated,100% solids MDI based single componen polyurethane.

A 2 Component Polyurethane/Dust " Pore sealer" is applied,making the base layer impermeable. 

The top layer consists of a specially formulated.

Colored polyurethane and colored Ethylene Propylene Dience Monomer(EPDM) rubber granules spray applied.
