1.Description:
LH-HJ230 is a fused type no manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granule of gray color about 8-40 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source. It provides good welding usability and good bead appearance.
2.Usage:
This flux is primarily used for welding of carbon and low alloy steel structures in combination with H08MnA and H10Mn2 wires.
3.GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1.Dry the flux at 250ºC for 2 hours before use.
2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
